‘How to Locate your driver & vehicle’:

"It's Easy"

  1. OUTSIDE OF BAGGAGE CLAIM ON THE ROADWAY

  2. TO ISLAND #3 & 'RESERVED VEHICLES'

Details are below:

 

 

Follow the 2 steps below: (If you ordered either the stretch limo or limo/shuttle bus, see below.)

  1. Follow the signs to baggage claim (inside the terminal - lower level); retrieve your bags (if applicable) and exit the terminal.  

  2. Once outside on the roadway; cross to island #3 (This is less than a 1 minute walk located at the taxi line) and look for 'Reserved Vehicles' and your awaiting driver & vehicle. 'Reserved Vehicles' is on the other side of the taxi line in front of 'Rental Cars' and the Parking Garage. The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign at the awaiting vehicle

(PDX Roadway Map; scroll down for 'Commercial Vehicle Pick-Up Location').

If you have problems locating 'Reserved Vehicles', ask a Traffic Assistant or the information booth at commercial lane #4, or call My Chauffeur directly at 503-969-4370Your driver & vehicle will be waiting for you on arrival at ‘Reserved Vehicles’, but you may call My Chauffeur at baggage claim or while exiting your flight if you would like to check the status of your driver & reserved vehicle.  Be sure to have your phone on to receive text message updates.  

Always telephone My Chauffeur at the airport if for any reason you cannot locate your driver & vehicle, your reserved vehicle has not arrived or if you have been delayed.  If you cannot locate your vehicle; you must call My Chauffeur, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply (see below). If you ordered a stretch limo or Bus, see below.

Stretch Limo - 'Reserved Limousines' is located adjacent to 'Reserved Vehicles'.  Once outside on the roadway; cross to island #3 and look for North Reserved (left) or South Reserved (right) of 'Reserved Vehicles' to see your awaiting stretch limo vehicle; a 1 minute walk. The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign by the chauffeur at the awaiting vehicle

14 passenger Limo/Shuttle Bus - Once outside on the roadway; cross to island #2 to get to ‘Charter Buses’ and your awaiting limo bus vehicle; a ½ minute walk. The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign by the chauffeur at the awaiting vehicle
